Todd Siegler has over 25 years of legal, general counsel, and operational experience.  Mr. Siegler represents individual entrepreneurs, start-ups, private companies, public companies, private equity funds, and other investors.  He counsels each client throughout its individual lifecycle, whether it is a business, investment, or project.  This may include corporate formation and structuring, equity and debt financings, general corporate and commercial counseling, project development, and mergers and acquisitions.
